Course Overview
The drafting of legislation is a key to democratic success. However, not all drafters are formally trained in professional legislation and non-government organisations including political parties have no access to drafting expertise so that they are disadvantaged in the review of bills. Between one to four weeks certificated programme has been designed for legislatures and their aids invested in the effective functioning of assemblies.
